Our aim is simple: to exceed all of your expectations of a candidate service through a recruitment company. The key to our joint success is communication. We will ask you:

• What is on your wish list?
• How do you see yourself professionally?
• What are your strengths?
• How Flexible are you (rate, salary, location, sector)?
• What feedback have you had about yourself in the marketplace?

The first step is your CV. Our preference is no more than 3 pages. If you have written War and Peace, do try and condense it please. At all times we will protect your confidentiality.
From the first point of contact between us, we are building a lifelong relationship. We promise to keep you updated throughout what can sometimes be a long and difficult process. We will always be honest with you, giving you transparent and helpful feedback at every stage.

If we do not have any suitable immediate vacancies, we will tell you! As soon as you are matched to a suitable vacancy we will contact you to discuss the opportunity.

Our promise to our hiring client is that every candidate we present will be fully screened and referenced. You will need to provide us with two top-class referees whom we can telephone in confidence to discuss your contribution when you worked with or for them.
